Cafforiy™ and cafforiy.com are operated by Foshan Tianxin Health Technology Co., Ltd.. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator and “you” refers to customers and website visitors.

By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase from or use the website.

Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

To place an order independently, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting their account credentials.

Product Descriptions & Care

We offer pet bowls and related feeding accessories as listed. Product sizes, capacities, colors, materials, care requirements, and included accessories vary by item. Read the individual product information before ordering.

Normal photography or screen variation may affect perceived color or finish. Do not use a bowl that is cracked, chipped, or presents a potential injury risk.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change without notice for future orders. The amount applicable to your purchase is the amount confirmed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and mandatory law.

Items placed in a cart are not necessarily reserved until the order is accepted.

Order Acceptance & Verification

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt but may not alone constitute final acceptance. We may review orders for payment, stock, address accuracy, or security concerns.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and arrange any required cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Payments, Taxes & Discounts

Payment options and any relevant taxes, delivery charges, and discounts are shown at checkout. The bank or payment processor may require additional verification.

Processing, Delivery & Risk

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders within 7 business days. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Customers should provide accurate shipping details. Responsibility and risk of loss pass as required by applicable law. Full details appear in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact support before returning goods.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 business days of approval, including required return inspection where applicable; payment-provider posting may take longer.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Orders

If a pet bowl arrives broken, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, contact support as soon as reasonably possible with order details and supporting photos. We will assess the matter and provide a remedy consistent with our policies and applicable law.

Changes & Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to change or cancel an order before fulfillment starts, but cannot guarantee modifications after preparation or dispatch. Successfully canceled, unfulfilled orders carry no cancellation fee.

Permitted Website Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or violate applicable law through the service.

Content & Intellectual Property

Store branding, website text, images, designs, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, copying or commercial exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

Reviews & Customer Submissions

If you submit reviews, images, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share that material. You retain ownership of your content, while granting us a limited non-exclusive license to display and administer it as necessary to operate or promote the store.

Nothing here prohibits honest reviews or lawful consumer feedback. We may moderate illegal, infringing, deceptive, spam, or privacy-invasive content where allowed.
